Candidate can be a license NP, PA, MD or DO. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.

• Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
• Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.
• Open to new graduates

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or equivalent.
• Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA licensure in good standing. Will include Washington License, when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience in Primary Care
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with Epic EMR
