Primary Care Provider (MD/DO/FNP/PA)

Candidate can be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.

  • Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours. Plus 8hs of clinical asynchronous care time.
  • Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
  • Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification
  • Current Oregon NP or PA license
  • DEA licensure in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in Primary Care
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Epic EMR

Compensation:

  • Salaried/Exempt: $130,000-$200,000 annually, depending on experience/license
  • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
