Website Manager

Department: Marketing
Location: Hood River, OR

The Website Manager will play a vital role in supporting One Community Health’s mission of advancing health equity and delivering exceptional care to all members of our community. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our organization’s website and digital presence. This includes managing digital marketing activities, digital ad accounts, search platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO, all while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations critical in the healthcare sector.

This role blends technical expertise, content management, and design skills to create a functional, user-friendly website that reflects One Community Health’s branding and commitment to serving diverse communities. The Website Manager collaborates closely with the marketing and communications team to achieve strategic healthcare goals and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms and campaigns.

This position is full-time and qualifies for hybrid-remote work after an in-office training period determined by the manager at our Hood River, Oregon clinic location.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and update One Community Health’s website, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and accessibility.
  2. Create and optimize content aligned with brand guidelines and healthcare services.
  3. Implement strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and user experience.
  4. Develop SEO strategies and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  5. Collaborate with teams to support marketing goals and technical needs.
  6. Stay updated on trends to enhance the organization’s digital presence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in web development, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in website and content management.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress, Drupal).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and search performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven writing, editing, and content development abilities, with a portfolio of published work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events and between clinic locations, as needed

Compensation:

  • Salaried/Exempt: $70,000 annually
  • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy.
