As a Family Practice Physician, you'll provide direct, comprehensive care to patients of all ages within a PCPCH team-based model. Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis and treatment, prescribing, and patient education—all within your scope of privileges.

You'll also support quality improvement, peer review, and compliance with FQHC standards in Oregon and Washington. This role may include mentorship and oversight of physicians and allied health learners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
• Current Oregon Medical License and DEA licensure in good standing. Will include Washington License when applicable.
• Three (3) years of professional clinical experience in family or general practice, including obstetrics, adult and pediatric acute and chronic primary care, office gynecology, and emergency care.
• Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records (EMR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• EPIC- EMR
• Experienced working in FQHC or look-alike

Compensation:

• Salaried/Exempt: $200,000 annual base salary
• Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Milage Reimbursement: In accordance with OCH policy.
